Haywire...was not impressed.
Bull$hi+!! How do you have time to accurately assess ANY movie while you are posting on here all day long?
20k POSTS?? Are you KIDDING ME?? :)
I liked Haywire,or rather couldn't see much to bash it for, it was what it was.
Now a movie that is bound to split the vote is the one I watched last night, ALBERT NOBBS...
I liked it, but I found a few things SO ODD...It was funny to me how Janet McTeer, who early on
reveals herself to Albert Nobbs that she is ALSO a woman, does not look enough like a man to think she
could fool anyone, (although she does  ) , but then later she puts on a dress, and she looks like a MAN
in a dress. So funny how she seemed outside of both worlds looking in. My other point involves a spoiler,
so I will keep that one to myself.

Haywire...was not impressed.
I was not "impressed", but I did really injoy it. I have had a huge crush on Gina Carano for years though, so my opinion is clearly bias! Can't wait for the Gina's next flick or fight!
I watched New Years Eve with the wife, horrible film!!! :td :td
(I can't believe how bad this movie was since it has such an expensive cast)
The one time I laughed was in a deleted scene with Robert Deniro.
I watched The Wistleblower, it was okay. A bit boring in the beginning, a couple good parts but I was dissapointed with the ending.
Semi-Spolier: It has one of the endings where they show a few paragraphs explaining what happens to everybody :td :tu.
I don't know what it is about Rachel Weisz, but I find her very attractive.

Well, since she hasn't stepped back into the ring since she got her ass beat three years ago I wouldn't bank on it happening anytime soon.

Rumor has it that Carano is scheduled to do another action flick "In the Blood", an action thriller set in the Caribbean about a man who is kidnapped and murdered and his wife (Gina) sets off for revenge.
They are still under negotiations about Fast & Furious 6, I don't want to see this since I hate the series, but I will if Gina is cast. Gina may have a fight scene with Rihanna.
"In the Blood" might be interesting though.

Which doesn't detract from the point that she did in fact get her ass beat...
Pretty sure Santos didn't test positive for steroids until 2 1/2 years after she whooped Carrano's ass. Also, she didn't look all hulked up like she does in the picture you posted. Prefight vs. Carrano:

A flurry of movies for me all of a sudden
Battleship....uhhgh, what a mess. I ALMOST gave it a pass til they pulled a stale trick with some slow-motion
walking heros come to save the day...
I won't spoil it for anyone, but if you saw it, you know who saves the day in the end. It was like that Bruce Willis
movie where they drill the asteroid. But I DID finally get why they aliens use these peg-like incendiary devices to
attack, kind of a DUH moment on the terlit later. I give it a 45.
A BIRD OF THE AIR - Ehh, I give it a 72. Entertaining but annoying, like OLS. Rachel Nicols, hot but so
annoyingly quirky. Over-acted quirkiness.
Harold and Kumar escape from Guantanameras - Best of the bunch, I am so far behind on movies.
LOWBROW as it comes, but good for men.

Tom you got in there before I did....Unbreakable was one of the very rare theater movies for me in the last couple decades.
I really dug that movie.
UGH, what a weird day...had a bit of a theme showcase today...Mel Gibson film called Get the Gringo. It was great.
I have never grown tired of watching Mel Gibson onscreen, no matter what he goes through in life. And I also include
Apocalypto in that. :)
Then I watched "EL Gringo". This was some kind of Showtime reject movie where you can just see the C Grade
actors as soon as their faces hit the screen. Tried HARD to be a Tarantino film, and we all know how badly that usually
goes, given our ample opportunities to see attempts every year. Suckopalooza.

I'm sorry.
I watched it the other day myself. While the first one wasn't Shakespeare (nor was I expecting it to be, obviously), it was campy enough to keep me somewhat interested. This one, however, was downright painful.

I watched one I had on the spindle for a long time and wanted to watch....finally got around to RAMPART with
Woody Harrelson as a bad cop. The movie is trying the whole time to be awesome, and it has flashes, but in the
end you are fast forwarding through long scenes of angst knowing there is no dialogue, just moody synthesizer
music and emotion. I needed to go off to bed. COULD HAVE BEEN a 9....looked in the end like about a 6.5 .
Extra points off for my TWO least favorite actresses in the world, ANNE HECHE who we know is a carpet-muncher
and didn't we also just find out that CYNTHIA NIXON is chompin the furburger with extra relish, too? I can't stand
to look at either one. I am cool with their choices in life, but HEARING about it all the time made me dislike them
and I dislike it even further when they play someone's hetero wife. If I didn't know they were 'miscast' I might be
able to watch it, but knowing it's all an act ruins the reality for me. YES, I know they are ALL acting, but you know
what I mean.
MIB 3. Brolin impersonation of Tommy lee jones is great
Not what I'd call a STRETCH as an actor, though, lol. He needs to check his DNA to find out if
he's been lied to by his mother. Course he DOES look like his "supposed" dad, haha.

I liked this one as well....not a movie that got promoted, hard to stumble upon it. Also has pace issues
that rather than mess the whole thing up like Rampart, really help make the movie believable in terms
of stress and strain on the poor boy. I think he was great in this film.
Another movie that makse GREAT use of tension is Bill Murray in QUICK CHANGE. Another hardly known movie
that is just freaking great, but it tears your insides up watching it from all the stress.

The relationship with DeGeneres aside, Heche likes the penis (and genital herpes).

Randy Quiad did make the movie. Good with another actor, GREAT with Randy Quaid.
