Toy Story 3:tu:tu:tu

Saw it at Imax. My first time being there very nice and reasonable price for 3D
Ditto but 2D 4 me. I watched Avatar in 3D but it kind gives me a headache could be because my eyes are not 20/20 though.

Lots of CGI, which normally turns me off most movies, but done very well. I'm sure CGI made it made it a lot easier to make this movie, than trying to find a bunch of WW1 era bi planes.

The Dark Wizard Of The Oz Moon

In case you don't know, that's a DVD of the classic Wizard Of OZ with Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon as the soundtrack. Not only is it a remarkable sync between the two, but it's certainly better music than that lame@$$ " The Wiz" crap. I can't keep that down, keep that down my gorge.

Great movie!!!
We did it the old fashioned way with a VCR and DVD player. (video in off vcr and audio out of dvd) and it was mind boggling! After we watched it, we went out to smoke and there was a full ring around the moon that night :O ....... we went back inside!

Heartless. An interesting horror/psychological/philosophical flick filmed in East London. Was pretty cool to see the streets I cycle on and the familiar neighbourhoods, although it certainly makes it look bleak. Not that they're necessarily lovely in real life...

While not mind-blowing, it is a decent movie that wasn't just run-of-the-mill rehashing of other horror motifs and worth seeing.

Rivalries: Michigan vs. Ohio State. This is a film that TFN made. Good documentary. Definately gets the juices flowing for college football season. Unfortunately this rivalry has been a little one-sided in recent years.

Just saw 'Inception' this weekend in IMAX in AC at the Trop. If I actually go see a movie in the theaters, it pretty much has to be IMAX nowadays... it's freakin awesome. I was surprised how much I like this movie... despite Leo Decaprio.

Can you imagine if that was a mash-up, sounds like a much better movie that way: "Angelina Jolie and Steve Carrell in Salt & Dinner for Schmucks" :r

We watched Alice in Wonderland. It was eh, the wife likes Jonny Depp so we pretty much have to watch whatever he's in.

Awww... I liked it. Good no-brainer flick. Also, if you didn't like it, dont read the comic. it's INFINITELY worse. Entertaining at times, but ultimately horrible.

Also, I saw Eclipse in theaters with my GF and a friend. Horrbile, horrible, HORRIBLE movie. Still better than the first two. Luckily my two companions concurred with my opinion.

Sling Blade.

I would love to discuss it with anyone, as I reflected on it and it really felt like a profound movie once I considered the characters, their nuances, and the atmosphere of the film.

It really put me in mind of To Kill A Mockingbird due to its Southern Gothic feeling and the way the main character was perceived by those around him, and how he saw them, as well as One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest in relation to the mental-patient inside and outside of mainstream society.
