Drinking a PBR now. Not bad, but not good. Just wet, cold, with a slight bite. Good for camping or fishing, but otherwise reminds me of why I prefer craft beers.

I've been enjoying Fat Tire, Grain Belt Nordeast (KILLER beer. But HARD to find. Grain Belt finally made a beer everyone wanted, and can't keep up with the demand), Guinness Extra Stout, and Bass. But these are rare occasions.
My favorite beer right now to enjoy is Heineken 12 pack bottles. It has to be the twelve pack, since the beer doesn't get light-struck.
For everyday beer, it's Coors, Bud, or even Miller High Life.

I went by the brewery last week while I was visiting family in Farmville. I had emailed the owner and he invited me over for a impromptu tour. Its a small operation but I really enjoyed seeing it all being brewed. He has plans for a tasting room to be operational by the end of the year.

Had Cigar City's Guava Grove, and the Saison du Buff from DFH,Victory,Stone.
Both interesting beers, the Saison du Buff had a huge herbal aroma from the parsley, sage, rosemary, and tyme. Guava Grove had a great Guava flavor initially, but seemed to fade as the beer warmed up and became a little 'flabby' for lack of a better term. Anyway, both excellent unique beers.

Yous guys need to find RATEBEER. there is probably a much better beer than that illusive Goose Island Coffee Stout. In fact a quick search provides you are wasting your time with a not even mediocre beer.
Hunt you down some bells, dog fish head, stone's, alesmith and founders imperial stouts they are MUCH MUCH better.
Even Goose Island bourbon stout is MUCH MUCH better than the regular. In fact their only good beers appear to be bourbon stouts.

Light beer isn't beer, it's just light. You'll always be disappointed.
Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary - Imperial Helles Bock *the 2nd one released*. This ones 8.3%, The 3rd is 10.2%. First was 9.5%
This ones the worst of the 3 by far but still not a bad brew by any means. The first was easily the best because it was an Imperial Stout.
This makes all 3 of the ones out I've tried they are all great brews. Sierra Nevada finally got some good beer.
