I Just got these and man are they good. So rich and strong with great flavor. Can't say this taste like any other Viaje cigar out there and this might be the best of them yet. Blowing it though the nose it has a unique taste that is so darn good. I just can't put my finger on it however.

They're pretty damn close to the OR T110's once you get past the initial pepper in the Tat. I did a back to back comparison yesterday...with some time and food between them of course. Viaje then Tat.
For the record...I don't have any of these...no need to ask

I saw the Frank boxes popping up all over the place, but I didn't know anything about them, other than that the box looked really cool. Thats one I always have my eye open for.

Don't feel bad. I jumped in on a group buy a while back on the Noella Reservas and my mail carrier delivered them to the wrong house and the dip sh*t couldn't remember where he delivered them to so I never got any and one of my dishonest A-Hole neighbors decided not to bring the package over saying it was delivered to their house by mistake either. To this day I don't trust my mail carrier to get anything right. Wasn't the first time he's made this mistake and sadly prob not the last. He definitely is not the brightest human being I have met.

The first noellas reservas came out in 06, they had a normal wrapper that was just unusually dark (oscuro). That release does not have the second reserva band and it is not a broadleaf wrapper like the "newer" noellas reservas, regios reservas and the SW maduros.

Picked these up from my local shop last night. Joya de Nicaragua Antonio sampler, bundle of Cubana Real habanos for the wife, and 3 Berger and Argentis.
The Berger and Argentis are rolled in the old Cuban style where the ligero is rolled in the center of the cigar instead of folded in with the rest of the filler, that's what you see sticking out. Apparently only 2 rollers in the world still do this. And the JdN was a challenge from the owner to see if I could handle them, he says they get him high every time.

I know. If I wouldn't feel like such a terrible person, I'd cut off 1.5" off the end and go to work. At least I know they'll get some good age on them since I don't usually feel like spending 2+ hrs on a single stick.

Hell, lop em in half. Put a thin piece of tape around the cut end to keep it from coming unrolled and make some Petite Robustos. -(P

I like to read the thread, but don't normally post to it. And while I like to see cigars, the banter is just as enjoyable.
I am also sure, that like myself, there are those who may go a month or two (or even longer) without cigar purchase. Others may not want to hassle with taking a picture of their purchase, posting it to photobucket or the like, and then putting the pic in this thread.
So, with all due respect Excel, I say, banter on!

Each box came with a shirt, cutter, 6 free cigars and 1 hand rolled cigar from Pepin's roller. I gave a cutter, a shirt and a 5-pack sampler to each of my friends that were there and I still have another 2 broken 5vers in my locker.
I may have gone a little overboard but with 25% off it wasn't really all that expensive. :tu

The 3 cigars on the Jaime box lid are the hand rolled ones and were rolled at the event. Unfortunately, I did not get to smoke one last night. I was with a couple of friends and I didn't want to smoke it in front of them as they were unable to get one since they didn't have the funds to make a box purchase.
The smokes for the evening were on me...

It is a 2 stick case, and they do fit. Since they are shorter, you just have to tilt the case to get them out... The case holds longer sticks without a problem. It it a cool looking case and seems to be rather stable. I was pretty happy to get the 2 sticks and the case for $20. It was actually my first online cigar purchase.

3 Tatuaje Reserva J21 and 1 Reserva SW tagged along as well.
You got yourself a fine girl Bill, congrats, those look awesome. I had my first Padron last weekend. I am definately going to be getting into some of the more expensive Padron's very soon! It was so good, just a really tasty treat. I will bet you will really enjoy those, and BTW Happy Birthday friend.

I am going to have to go after some more RyJ stuff and test the waters, I am sure they make some others that are good too!! It's amazing, just all the different brands and all the different "models" that are available. It's sensory overload, but a great freedom to have to complain about!!:D

I really enjoy Nubs, I have Cameroons, Habano's, and Connecticuts by the box, needed to get some Maddies so this worked out nicely.
I enjoyed the Cain Nub . Great flavor right off the bat, I will smoke the other CainF as a comparison. First Cain's that I have had. That straight ligero is something else!! Even burn, cool smoke, got down to about 1 inch before putting it down, started getting really leathery!! I think it is worth it to pick one up to try Kevin.
I am looking forward to the Cain habano.

I was suprised by it, it has ruined me for the other nubs, might as well throw my three boxes in the trash, pure garbage now!!! :r
Actually Keith, that was my first Cain, I have those other that I am going to try and compare against the Nub Cain. The nub had flavor right out of the gate and it stayed lit, no burn issues and it was a nice smoke all the way to about an inch, then my lips caught on fire, and it was getting pretty leathery and peppery.
If you are able to find one to try, go for it, you won't be disappointed.

That's all that matters, it's my tower, my hour of smoking, etc. It's all about to each his own on what makes us happy. Nubs make me happy!!
