Had a Davidoff Double R earlier today and i'm finishing up a 99 Punch Corona. Both were absolutely amazing!

It was the first time I had a chance to sit down inside and really get to know the Double R. subtle and creamy at time, but quite rich at the end. I tasted caramel, roasted nut, and patchuli.

The Punch Corona has been my standby cc recently. Rich dark cocoa and roasted nut notes. yum!!!

Victor Sinclair Connecticut Yankee robusto. Smoked it fresh out of the box, and I think it definitely needs some time in the cooler. It was really bitter/harsh in the first inch but you could taste hints of cocoa past the bitterness, then it mellowed out through to the middle and I couldn't taste much toward the end. Hopefully some time will get rid of the bitterness and help the flavors really come through. Construction on this thing was amazing and it burned flawlessly.

Had a Perdomo Cabinet Series White label on the ride home. Was my first one and I enjoyed it. Not as full bodied as I was expecting although it had a decent bite to it. The aroma this thing gave off was fantastic. Stopped to pick up a bottle of wine on the way home and when I got back in the car I was pleasantly surprised by the lingering aroma. May have to smoke a few more before determining if they are box purchase worthy though.

Between being sick and it being ass cold here I haven't been smoking much. It's 24 outside and maybe 10 degrees warmer in the garage.

I'm having my second cigar is as many weeks tonight; a lowly Los Statos (so I won't feel so bad about pitching it when I can't feel my hands anymore).

the other day I smoked a DPG vegas cubanas-decent smoke, a little peppery. And a oliva serie v maduro-VERy smooth. Enjoyable all the way to the nub.

Just smoked a taboo dominican maduro on my way home from work also.

A Gurkha with a gold band, from a sampler I picked up on joecigar.com. I have been smoking it for an hour, with a 1/3 to go... nice stick, but the first Gurkha i have had that draws a bit tight... my cheeks hurt.
