I've got nothing bad to say about that Diablo; it was spicy, packed a punch, and all around a fun smoke. If I knew whether it was the Caliente or the Pimiento (or a different one), I'd be highly tempted to pick up more.

Two Rocky Patels. One good, one not so good...
Dave gifted several OWRs at our last, monthly Deer Park
herf. Mine rested until today, and I decided to treat
myself. Unfortunately the quality of the OWRs has
seriously deteriorated over the past year or so.
This stick disintegrated in my hand. Construction was
way too loose causing very uneven burn. It was a struggle
to keep it lit, too. This has happened more and more
with more recent gifts and purchases. The older OWRs
were a work of art, while these are hardly worth the effort.
On the good side, I had an Edge Missile maduro, while playing
golf with my brother. A nice, tight roll, with good draw and
the usual Edge flavor. A very enjoyable stick, and much cheaper
than the OWRs.
It's easy to see why the OWR price is dropping. And, for the money,
the Edge Missiles are by far the better deal.
I'm going to have to reconsider the OWRs as one of my 'go to' sticks.
The Pepin JJ maduros might just step into the void left by the OWRs.

I had me a Padron el Cheapo (I forget what the real designation of the stick is--mostly because it doesn't say on the band--but it's one of their lower-end cigars). Was delicious. I look forward to more Padron in the future :pi

Man O' War Double Corona. I really enjoy this line, has lots of medium-bodied leather and pepper flavors. However, I found the corona to be a bit better. (I dig smaller RGs)

The 10th Anniv is actually a very nice smoke, especially for the price. I prefer the Robusto size. I just ordered my 2nd box.

I think I need to take a break. The last 4 cigars I've lit were tossed before the halfway point. I've either been impatient with the draw, the stinginess of the smoke or the flavor...or some combination of those. They were:
Arganese Nic Presidente
Unbanded mystery petite corona
Padilla 1968 robusto
Famous Nic 3K toro
Chris.

Cu-avana Intenso Toro. A really nice budget smoke that packs a punch. I got these from a daily deal for $2/stick. I'm impressed. Lots of spice and consistent throughout. It's not the most complex thing out there, but it has a kick like an LFD at 1/4 of the price.
Ever had one of those days when you want a cigar that will make you stare at nothing from the vitamin N? This does the trick.
V.S. Triple Corojo. Another very nice, inexpensive smoke. A little rest does these good.
