I smoked a Illusione ~4/2g~, this is the third one I've smoked and this may be my favorite NC of all-time. I'm going to smoke ten just to make sure. :D
I couldn't nub this cigar anymore than I did. It never got hot and never bitter. If you haven't tried the ~4/2g~, you need to. :tu:tu:tu:tu:

I agree, Wayne! Love those smokes!:

Chris.

The ~4/2g~ and ~2~ are two of my favorites!!!:tu

The other one my B&M has is the ~cg:4~. I had to look in my cooler to find out. lol

Started with a Monte #2. It was fantastic. I smoked it as a throw away on the golf course as it had a split foot and a little wrapper damage that I had repaired. Well the repair worked and it was fantastic but I already said that. Needed a few touch ups but that was to be expected. Followed it up with at Litto Gomez diez americano. Also fantastic in a very different way. May finish of the evening with a Padron 80th we'll see.

Last night I enjoyed a Taboo Twist toro grande (6 x 58). My wife came out and said "Holy cow, that thing is huge". My son came out and said " Dad, that thing is a monster". It was larger than my normal cigar, but I wanted a long-lasting relaxing evening, and I got it. The thing lasted just under three hours and was deliciously complex. Construction, burn were excellent.

It was a good day. The in-laws have a camp on nearby lake, and invited us up for a steak dinner. Afterwards I sat on the dock and had an El Mejor Emerald and a cup of coffee while my MiL spent some quality time with her new grandbaby.

Just finished up a Tatauje Havana Cazadore that 3inst3in sent me quite a while back. I'd wanted to smoke the cigar several times and it just hadn't really worked out. Well worth the wait. Surely there's room for another box of Tat's in the cooler.

08-12-2009, 11:29 AM
Got my Taboo Twist in today and for the last hour I've been burning it down to a nub . I liked it alot . At first it left a hash taste on my tongue but shortly there after it was real nice . Maybe the firmest stick I've ever tried as well . I'll get more , soon .

These were rolled 7/15 and they will age very well over the next few weeks. They will get a little creamier as they age and you will get a buttery creamy taste upon lighting. This is a top selling blend for us,glad you enjoyed it. :tuThanks for smoking Taboo Cigars.

AF Don Carlos - robusto, I think. I really liked this cigar (am partial to Cameroon wrappers anyway). Started out quite mild but tasty, and gradually built in strength to medium. Towards the end became a little harsh but still very tasty.

I had a Great cigar today. It was my first, but not last Cuvee 151. Its a beautiful cigar at that.
It started out woodsey and lite pepper. It morphed about 3 times into a sweet, spicy (cinnamon, colve, espresso) thing of love.
Lots of smoke poured from this thing and had a razor burn-line, even in the breeze outside.
This one is now at the top of my list of "Next Buys". :dr
Highly Recommended.
