I haven't taken BCAAs for a minute now, but when I did I would take them different ways. Before the workout to have some in my system as I tore down; after for recovery; before bedtime instead of solid protein.

I like the Optimum Nutrition unflavored for quality.

Yeah, I rarely got up before 8:30 and I was pretty jacked.

Once you get up there in age you cannot hang with the owls and rise with robins.

What age would that be? I'm still doing the owl thing, and never chose to rise with them robins.
