I wasn't expecting my from Glenfiddich, but the Snow Phoenix is an awesome single malt. It remind me a little bit of Glenfarclas and Ardbeg. You get that nice sweetness Christmas character from Glenfarclas with the salty and peaty character from Ardbeg.
