Both were incredibly good. I also started a H. Upmann #48 cc. It wasn't bad, but wasn't enough to my liking to be wasted on me. I handed it off to sofaman and went and dug in his humi till I found something I'd like. :)

Had my second in my Pinar Del Rio Sampler series today.
Pinar del Rio Habano Sungrown. To put it simply...it sucked!
Loose draw, Wrapper would not burn, wanted to go out unless constant attention was given and could only be sipped. Left a very bitter taste on tongue like accidently swallowing chew.
This had been in my humi for a month a 67%.

Gurkha Legend. Was my first with a maduro wrapper. I thought I'd be fine, I've been a long time english pipe tobacco smoker.

I was not prepared. That nicotine hit was unlike anything I've ever experienced.

I also hadn't eaten anything substantial... probably not too smart on my part.

To sum things up, a fairly enjoyable smoke, though I think it should have stayed in the humi a few days longer, until about the last 1/3, where I became almost unbearably nauseous for half an hour.

Took some advice I read online and had a spoonful of sugar and some water. Helped fairly quickly.

I've seen this thread on other forums, and figured we should have one too!

I smoked an El Rey De Los Habanos Robusto - great flavors, mainly coffee & nuts, med-full bodied smoke that was good until about the last inch...

and

Vegas Cubanas Robusto - an un eventful (kinda bland) one dimensional
med-full bodied smoke that really wasn't all that special... Won't be trying
these again unless someone includes on in a bomb, and it's sat in my humi
for 6 months or more...

according to the guy at the B&M I got these in a DPG 5pack sampler
he said that All of these cigars were made with tobacco from Pepin's
Farm in Nicaragua...
