It was pretty mild, but very smokey. Started to get quite tar-ry towards the end- it had a small pre-cut hole that kinda gathered all the tar. I recut and that helped. Pretty amazing actually for a cigar older than me!

I had a Padron 1926 #35 maduro. It was a bit flat for awhile, picked up nicely, then hit some junk and went out on me. Relit it and it totally went south.
Despite all that, it was still a very enjoyable smoke.
Sofaman burned one with me, he had a 1926 #35 Nat.
I think I'm done with the #35's now. The #6 is SO much better. :tu

Cohiba smoked today. Very smooth.

Don Lino Africa Tembo, courtesy of ggainey (thanks, Greg!). Nice flavors, dark chocolate and a raisiny flavor that reminded me of port; but the weirdest burn I've ever had with a cigar. At about the halfway point, this stick tunneled for a good inch and a half before going out. The wrapper was intact, but wrinkled, so you could easily see the depth of the tunneling. Broke out the JetLite and ran it around the wrapper, and the cigar relit easily.
I did a bit of googling and apparently these sticks are notorious for burn issues, much like the Padilla Obsidian. I wonder if several months at a lower RH would improve the burn on these as well.

I smoked a nobles the other day and it was delicious! I've only ever had the Havana VI in the Angeles size. That's a good one too, but too expensive.

I'll be smoking a PL panatela in t-minus 4 hours. Can't wait!

Totally agree with you!! I just finished an Intenso...what a great stick. Lots of flavor and it was a 90 minute smoke...I still had a couple inches to go when I put it out, probably could have got another 30 minutes out of it. Started doing the nod, time to put down the fire!!!
I will definitely be putting some more of these into my inventory.

I smoked an LGD Americano, an RS11, and a Hoyo Palma. The Hoyo was 3/4 plugged and got thrown in the yard. The other two were awesome.

Before dinner : Bahia Blue Robusto - OK cheap stick, got the taste in my mouth and hungry for dinner.
After dinner: Lit up my first G.A.R. robusto- I really like this cigar, I kept getting hints of "cola" in it. Cool, thick clouds, and readin' a cigar magazine out in the garage. Getting ready to have a cable hookup put out there. Might as well make my cigarage a little more like home! :ss
