pmwz Adjusting to the Life Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: cologne Posts: 372 Trading: (0)	Re: Losing Weight with Andysutherland 250.8 lbs today. trying to get under 110kg until the end of the month + under 90kg in mid august. ~5kg/month should be achievable. I dont have to work from mid july to mid august and plan on working out a lot.
