So, I didn't get my resistance training in since I got that stomach bug. I'm starting again on Monday.
On the good side, I went to Wally World and my bike fixed. So I can do my cardio workouts. Monday, as well. I still managed to lose another 1.2 this past week. So I'm right around 270. Ate at Jason's Deli...might have gained it back. I'll do my points tomorrow.
