GOod luck. If you are serious, get an exercise routine started ASAP. The starvation only takes you so far. If you are going to exert all the discipline regarding eating - adding exercise is no big deal and the payoff is bigtime.
Exercise is a good way of working off the guilt when you occasionally fall off the diet horse.. which you will. Good luck and stay strong.
