It's a pretty good workout. Even in my better shape than a year ago, the workouts get my heart rate pumping and I'm drenched in sweat. From what I can gather, not as hard as P90X, but a lot of the moves from P90 are repeated in P90x.

Did my first workout today in conjunction with my diet. This first week is going to be tough to get through!
