Been drinking like a fish for 2 days at the lake. Not going to get any better till the 5th.
Did the 3 mile powerwalk yesterday evening, this morning and again this evening. Hop;ing not to come back on the 5th to sutim ugly. Eating way way more than usual but its the holiday.
