Nah... but will be adding honey roasted sliced chicken breast to the menu. Freakin good. Had some last weekend. Had an ear of corn on the cob last night for dinner. Not bad without the butter.

Took some advice earlier and did some research on body fat. Using a bunch of the tools, some interpretation etc. came up with the stats.

In my usual obsessive compulsive way added them to the stats I have been keeping track of, added some goals and ....

here it is:

36 pants it is. Fit perfectly.

Congrats on how far you've come already. I got motivated in Jan '10 and lost 40. I've gained 5 of it back, which is surprising given my lack of self control with overeating. I'm ready for another attempt. I think this time I will have to make exercise more of a focus. I truly want to make it habit and create a life-long change. Your story is encouraging Dave.
