Dear Lord, Thank You.

205.6 this morning.
That makes me 20 pounds heavier than I was 13 years ago when my daughter was born. At 29 I was 185 and ripped. Spent every day at the gym. Once the baby came, we laid around all day eating ice cream and getting hollered at by mom. I promised myself by the time I was 45 I'd be in better shape than I was at 29. So I set to trying. It didn't go well. Then I quit trying and gave it all to God. Now it's going great. I just got a new TENS unit yesterday and it's cut my meds in half. In a few more days I should be able to get back to doing something aside from staring at the ceiling in bed. ![]()
