For those of you interested, here is the link to the lights on amazon, they are only a few bucks, they have a velcro system as well as a magnetic strip you can use.

I'd like to get something new for inside my cabinet. Right now all I have in there is something like this and it doesn't give me the effect I want.

Just got this baby yesterday....I assure you, it is full already, actually, it is going to take some serious tetris to get everything to fit right :D

Its a 28 bottle Vinotemp from craigslist from a cigar guy, not on this forum for $175, couldn't pass it up!

The wife loves it...because it looks better than a red and white cooler!

Here it is after just getting it home:

No, No, No. I have plenty for it.

I have to plug up the holes in the back and wipe down one more time with baking soda. Then once I get them in there I will prove just how un-empty it is.

Was bored this evening and decided to come up with my humidor that I plan on building next fall. Here is my work-in-progress of what i am planning on building. Going to do up a couple different designs and see what fits my budget and my style.

I am fairly certain the size will be cut down a bit compared to this one.

Definitely a few nice ideas to choose from on this! Thanks for the link.

Second design will take some of the ideas from different models and incorporate it into one. Definitely one w/ a drawer to hold cutters/lighters/bottles/glasses etc :) Perhaps have the top open up like a desktop humidor with all these goodies inside on the top :).... Back to the drawing board :hm

Finally got my wineador all set up. 18 bottle new air. Its been almost five weeks and still waiting on two drawers and three shelves from Forrest. The monte box and tray currently have cigars, the rest are just for aroma but I am pleased with the amount of space the unit has. I love it better than my two desktop humis and for me I think it will be a perfect size as I usually buy cigars one at a time or in boxes of 10.

While I still love and use my coffin I think I am due for a new desk top design, any ideas?

If you've outgrown the coffin, go for a full-blown mausoleum design. :D

Drez has a Pirate Chest so that's out.
DPD has a "Thin Blue Line" so that's out.

No $$$ for an Aristocrat (nor do I have that many smokes)..Hmmm

So. Fiance finally gave me the go ahead to get a Aristocrat as soon as I get the money together for it. Until then though I am going to be a budget smoking guy. Had to get something to hold all the "cheap" sticks I bought.

http://i787.photobucket.com/albums/yy160/foremanjr2005/Mobile%20Uploads/20140905_210403_zpshn2auxat.jpg

And before any of you nut jobs get any ideas...it aint empty!!

http://i787.photobucket.com/albums/yy160/foremanjr2005/20140905_214445_zpsawizntkj.jpg

Waiting on beads to come in the mail and will have humidification in there. Wont hurt those sticks to sit in the open for a few days anyway. All came from FSS and CB....

Most everyone started small and inexpensive. Many have used tupperware and/or coolers.

This thread definitely gives me some inspiration though! I just bought a small desktop off Amazon and it seems to work well, just having a hard time getting my collection up. Most of mine are yardgars and no sense in posting haha. But this is an awesome thread.

You definitely want to keep those Acids and any other infused cigars in a separate humidor/container. Otherwise, your regular cigars will take on flavors from the infused cigars.

Ryan that's identical to the one I started with thinking how was I ever going to fill it. Fast forward 3 years now I have a 100ct desktop, 3 shelf stand up, and a huge cooler stacked to top, enjoy the ride and have fun trying new sticks!!

I am just starting, I need to build shelves but I think that will be some time before I can do that. For now I will just use what I have and but more Tupperware to facilitate the holding of cigars.
