Smoked 5-6 of them and didn't feel they were strong at all...just very flavorless I honestly think the 601 Blue and Green are stronger than the La Bomba. :2

I like the Blue and Green much better. La Bomba, had some spice for me and made me sooooo sick.

I am not a maduro whore like you mac. Also, taking a week off of smoking then hitting like La Bomba to come back.. May have done it. Anyhow..

Let us know what you think of those 601's. Curious to hear how they are.

During a loooooooooooooooooooooooooong day at work(still ongoing, though now at the other shop), we had both a shipment come in, and I found something with a little age on it in the humidor.

Had to search for a few boxes of LFD Chiselitos and Chisel Gordas for an order, and while feeling around for where they were, I found a nice small box. Being the inquisitive guy I am I pulled it out to see what it was. Lo and behold, an ancient Culebra Especial, that our system says we haven't received since September '08. And then, an hour later, the UPS man shows up with an order from JD, complete with Rats and UF-13s(before you ask, they're pretty much all spoken for)

Not included are the Fratello Corona and Toro that either already met a fiery death or is currently burning now. :dr

Included is a Illusione Rothchildes, Murcielago, Brickhouse Maduro, RoMa Ambition and a Chupa Cabra. I've had none of these so I'm excited to try them all. Thanks Jason!!

Actually did not have the time to smoke one and not gonna rush anything I smoke. Ended up smoking a Paron Delicias Maduro I had and then watching movie with fiance (reason I didn't have the time). They planned on 500 bundles being released in addition to all the jars, and announced earlier this month that the all bundles would be sent out this month. Our invoice says we're getting 5 bundles, so I'm hoping that means they show up next week.

It always pays off to ask questions too. My local B&M has a lounge on the other side of there store. I always saw the sign said "Private Lounge - By Invitation Only Unless There Is A Tasting Event". Well today I asked the proprietor if he knew of any laid back lounges around the OKC area. He said "On the other side of that wall is one." He explained the sign as a way to keep people from off the street from coming in, smoking and leaving without ever buying anything. He said if you come in and buy one, take a seat and smoke one as well. Made my day. :banger:banger

I don't know what it is, but all the other sizes for this particular cigar pale in comparison to the gordito. It might have to do with the fact that it was the first size I smoked in the line. But nice grab, I'm jealous!

My wife and I were out for lunch today and we passed by the B&M I frequent. My wife's never been there but had mentioned a few weeks ago that she'd like to check it out. As we passed it I pointed it out to her. She asked "Aren't you going to take me there?", so I turned around and we went. 15 minutes later we came out with:

Being the RoMa Craft whore that I am... My new friend in Hawaii, Marvin Chang sent me 2 boxes of his new store exclusive which he just released. Introducing the new Cromagnon Venus. I must say, I am very impressed and totally blown away with the flavor in this one. Even though its ROTT wow just wow. Boxes of 10 to boot which I love. These are a limited run, and I will definitely be grabbing another box to stash away.

Nice grab Brandon. I was all excited when I went to B&M yesterday to pick up a couple of RoMa Craft whatever to try out....well they stopped selling them about 6 months ago. I didn't get to pick up the ones I went there for, so I just went ahead and grabbed a nice handful of some other yummy treats (exclusing Kuba Maduros, those are for buddy this weekend).
