I think that would be determined by how you define B&W.
It was shot in HD digital color and then the B&W was done by desaturation in post production, so if actual B&W film is the criteria, then no. But, if the final visual appearance is how you determine it, and you can look past the color parts, then yes. It's one of the grey area films, kind of like TRON. About 1/2 to 2/3 of TRON was actually shot on B&W film stock and then hand colored. *shrug* |
