I got the scissors the other day and have tried on three cigars so far. The action is about 90% as good as the Davidoff's. The cuts were easy, accurate, and clean. No crushed leaves or cracking.
The finishing on the outside is a mirror. Inside edge where the finger holes are, are rough, but I guess that is expected. The stainless used feels a touch more flexible than the Davidoff's. Considering the Davidoff's are $400, this pair of scissors at $17 get's 95% of what the Davidoff's can deliver and I would recommend the "Famous" scissors to anyone looking for tabletop pair.

Deal extreme has a pair for $4.21: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.17171. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Mine has one excellent sharp edge, but the opposite edge wasn't sharpened properly. I might see what I can do with it if I ever find my pen sharpener.
