I didn't have a box. So I walked up to the counter cigars in hand, and bought a flat rate box that I packed up at the counter.

You can order the boxes online for free and have them delivered to your door. Just go to USPS.com and click on "Order Supplies".

That's the way to do it! The video boxes are good sized for 5+ cigars.
