IMHO, the most FAIR way to deal with the Drac/Boris situation is to put them on the shelves or website, and put them up for sale, AT MSRP plus taxes, and sell them till they are gone. First come first serve. Thats just my opinion, and I am pretty sure it's not the popular one.
