But the only difference is the green and black is the wrapper. The wrapper can't magically make the blend mild.

the blend is mild to start with....those cigars where designed to show case the wrappers...so yes the wrappers do determine the majoirty of that cigars flavor.... And im not saying its super mild..other wise i would not like it at all...but the wrapper does make a huge differnce on those cigars..they green label is fuuuuckn spicey as they get..the connie has some pepper true..but no where near the oscuro

LoL! Just to break things down, the 601 blends in general aren't mild by any means (compared to Davis, Mac etc), none of them come in a ring lower than 50 to my knowledge (so your not tasting as much of the wrapper as you think), and no the wrappers do not make up the majority of the cigars flavor (the filler does that)
