My doc is from the Palmer School of Chiro and has a spinalator roller table in his office that he lets me swing in and use at no charge to keep my reconstructed crap loose it's a miracle worker for me ![]()

session was cut short when, at the bottom of a squat, I heard my shorts rip.
![]() ![]() ![]() I did manage to get in some good stiff-legged deads (worked up to and down from 300 even) and a couple sets of 225 squats. I planned to get in some more squats and some leg presses; but I was too embarrassed that I "smitdavi'd" in public. ![]() |

Just found this thread...I've just recently started hittin the gym again for the first time in a few years and man is it sad how weak i've gotten....I've got a few questions for you guys about NOxPlode and White Flood. Which do u guys recommend (they are both similar right) and is it alright to use them with creatine? Thanks guys...and I'll start conversating in here now that I'm back at it and I've found this.
