After a rough few days early last week with my back, I was able to finally kick the severe pain that made me slow down a couple of workouts and now find myself on the eve of the last day of Alpha cycle.
Two workouts tomorrow (toughest two of six no less) and Alpha cycle is over. Looking forward to Beta next week where the ripping is supposed to take place. I am truly loving this stuff and highly recommend it.
