Happy to say that I have kept my loss of 22-24 lbs., depending on the day, since late Nobpvember.
Feels great to shop for "slim" clothing at 54 and to be back to a waist from 20 years ago.
No going back for me.

Just got back from Weigh-in. Down 3+ pounds.
Guess that makes up for gaining 1.4 over the last two weeks....

Just keep reminding yourself what it took to get there. I'll bet you could drop a little more if you wanted too!
