Keep it up Ron. I'm getting back on the wagon myself. Lame as new year's resolutions are, I used that as my starting point. I'm down 7 lbs so far. Hoping for 50 by my birthday 3/30.
Mike, im curious how much you weigh.. your a big guy anyway.. Broad shoulders like me.. So what method will you be using to try to slim down?
