Not alot of change, but kind of a big moment for me this morning

For the first time in about 7 years, i have broken into the 2XX range.. Baby steps, but it feels great!

baby steps is good. Don't expect too much too soon or you'll make the mistake I made, I was starving myself in the beginning and was malnurished at a certain moment.
