I was 201.0 this morning. That's not unusual, it should be back down to 193 in a couple days. I think all the vacations are done now. The kids go back to school Wednesday and things will be back to normal. I can get my eating back to "normal", too.

I was wrapping up the final weeks of my summer semester and binging like crazy. I made some awesome pork butts on the smoker, had a big cookout, and ate like crap.
