I keep reading they won't part with Cuddyer. However, I'd gladly give up Jonathan Sanchez for him. Take it Twins!

They won't likely trade him because he's the clubhouse leader of this team. The fact that he'll play just about any position any day is a great reason to have him on the roster. That, and the fact that he's a good hitter and having a pretty good year (lone All Star rep, leading the team in HR, though that's not saying much). Mauer won't ever be a clubhouse leader, Morneau has had health issues the last couple years, and no one else would do it.
