The downside is your skin is only going to adjust so much. That's why a lot of skinny guys who used to be fat don't go out shirtless.

The skin/fat pouch still hangs on for most people.

Hopefully I don't end up looking like Adam Sandler in Click...

My goal is to get down to 210 (from 273) so I don't think that's too extreme.
