One thing that gets me is when someone just walks up and grabs and uses my cutter or lighter without even asking.

You don't realize that more than working behind the counter.

Oh yeah, forgot this one. Guy comes back into the store with a half-smoked cigar and says, "I don't like this, can I get a refund?'.
