According to dictionary.com:
Fact: Something that actually exists; reality; truth. Opinion: A belief or judgment that rests on grounds insufficient to produce complete certainty. -- By definition, I don't believe an opinion can be a fact. I pay $x in taxes = fact. My taxes are too freaking high = opinion.
