Losing Weight with Starscream

Didn't get out and do any more exercise last night. Got caught up in the forum drama as of late. Looks like it's all behind us though.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: jalapeno sunflower seeds
Dinner: going out

Breakfast - Raisin Bran and a bananna
Lunch - ham sammies
Supper - ???

Going welding for a while today. Practicing some procedures to challenge my next block of school. Not really exercise, but it beats sitting at a desk all day.

Weigh in is tomorrow and it's not looking great.
