The wife and I started yesterday. Day 1 chest & back wasn't to bad. Today was plyometrics, which I liked until the wife had to hit me with the Defibrillator paddles to help keep me going!
 At the age of 51+ all I could think was "what the hell am I doin". Boy, I can't wait for tomorrow to do shoulders & arms. Thank God for vicodin.
