Hallies boyfriends family came to town from NH. Spent 4 days with us at the shack. Ate and drank .... way to much. Came back and the tale of the scale was ugly... 206. Been working on it for a couple days. Back to 202 this morning.

The folks at Zoup must be missing me by now been almost a week. On the good news front my morning push-ups are now one set of 150 vs the break after a 100. Feeling stronger and looking leaner. It's just much harder to lose weight now.

195 is going to be the end point for this. 2 more weeks and then maintenance mode. Whatever that means.
