Have fun!
Back day. Went moderate weight with higher reps. Watched a Ben Palaski YouTube on bent over rows and a trick he does. Ass against a wall or anything similar and do it that way. Tried that, and it was okay.
Had a great pump and focus today.
Bent over BB row underhand
Single DB row (no support) - I love doing theee bc it not only works my last but my core as well
Wide grip pull down
Reverse pull downs (8-10 sec negatives)
Pull ups to finish it off 8x8-12

Heavy on everthing today, leg presses, hammy curls, bicel curls, preachers, skullcrushers. Earned a day off manana, me thinks.

Chest is still a little sore but it should be fine tomorrow. Hitting chest and side delts tomorrow. Maybe a little tricep as well. No fun with the arms get no love :)

Hit chest today, all the benches were occupied when I first arrived so I started out with a plate loaded vertical bench. When benches opened up I fit inclines, flats, declines and flyes. Needed a high volume day, and got it.

Sho did. Wheels today. Took it fairly light, high reps and lots of negatives and drop sets.
Low bar squats
Angled leg press
Seated leg curls
Single lying leg curls
Seated leg extensions

Back day. Was thinking today would be day I would not do the rowing supersets so as to not get bored with them.
Got to the gym, the rowing platform and the T-bar were both open, so I said "****it". :r

My hams were a little sore from yesterday so I didn't hit them too hard.
Fronts - lots of sets but ended up doing 3x3 for my heavy sets.
BB Bulgarian split squats
Single leg press
Leg extensions with negative reps
Same as you but without the nasty mashed sweet taters.
Burger and lots of fries since Mason couldn't finish his. Ice cream too :) I needed a nice refeed meal.

Insomnia last night after hockey, didn't fall asleep 'til well after 4, so wasn't up for the gym at 9. Sucks because I can't get back to the gym until Sunday now. Glad I don't have the insomnia too often.

Back today and arms today.
Bent over 2-DB rows - prefer these over BB rows. Get a better contractions over BB. I do these as if I'm gripping a BB rather than a regular DB row.
Wide grip pull downs - rear delt flies
Reverse grip pull downs - just 2 sets, negative sets 10-12 seconds.
Curls and lots of them, sorta.

Chest Sunday....strongest I've been since the crash. I didn't say "strong", just stronger than I have been.
Back today, finally didn't have the stations to superset, so just hit heavy T-bars, heavy barbell rows, heavy cable rows and some dead hangs.
Two good days in a row. Shoulders tomorrow, that should end that streak. :lr

Two days off, enjoyed foods but also was good while at it.
So two days off, felt pretty fresh so anything was up in the air. Just wasn't in the mood to hit anything in particular, what better to get out of that mood with heavy legs.

Chest day, strength felt great today. My usual 16-18 intermittent fast, powered by some hippie acai bowls (I usually eat a meal).
Took incline for a 225 ride for working sets.

Did some quick triceps as well.

I could only do it 5/7 a week.
Back day. Watched Mike Mentzers seminar last night on his philosophy of training. Gave me some ideas on today's training. It was different but I think I was more tuned in since I only had 1 working set (similar to Yates).

Standing hammer strength row
Seated reverse grip rows
Hit some biceps too, I wanted a bit more volume on these though. :)

Holy sh!t, the gym was packed, too early for resolutioners so it musta just been the college punks. Couldn't get a rack to do shoulders, so adapted and did wheels instead, none of those punks got near the leg press machines. :r

Back day! Felt great, kept everything short rest and tried to keep it minimal. Think I hit 3 movements plus lots of pull ups.
Hit tris instead of bis, since it was fresh. Figure that way, my elbow would cooperate more.

Hit chest today after my first 2 day break since getting back after the wreck. Rep day, inclines, flats, declines and then heavy on the flyes.
I have work tomorrow and hockey after, then off Thursday with hockey. Thinking I'll take tomorrow off again and then hit a double Thursday since I am off work.

Same here brother, took a good 2 days off and hit chest today.
Had an awesome day of training. Hit incline 105 DB for smooth rides today. Hit flat bench and had endurance and strength to still hit 225 sets.
Staci wants to go at 5am so off to bed so I can wake up in 5 hours.
Back in a 5 hours.

Back and tri day. Empty gym, odd. Good lifts but mentally just not all in today. Mainly hit rows. Kept everything short rested and higher reps except on my pull ups because my back was done.

Then 4 heavy sets of T-bars
4 heavy sets of barbell rows.
3 heavy sets of cable rows.
Tried to move to pulldowns, but my lats were toast.

Smashed back today, probably one of the best training day in a few weeks. Just exhausted the hell out of. Didn't really count sets or reps. Made sure to keep it fairly high.
Finished it off with some tricep work.
Gonna cook up some southern no fry talapia and corn bread.

Wasn't feeling the superset energy, did a pre-exhaust routine for chest with 8 sets of heavy, high rep flyes before I hit flats and declines. Great pump, and hopefully still have gas for hockey tonight.

Hope you lifted for both of us, Brother. Slept like crap after hockey last night and skipped today. My last regular shift tomorrow and hockey again after, so I am going to take another day off tomorrow. Figure this is one of the oddest weeks of my life, plus 4 games, and since I have the rest of my life to hit the gym, a couple days off won't kill me. At least that's how I am rationalizing it. :r

Typical squats. Went easy and just worked 10x3 @315. Nothing crazy. Hit angled leg press for 10x12 and finished off with leg curls with negative reps. 4x5

Excellent ICDOAS, went relatively heavy on inclines, flats, flyes and declines, with a bundle of energy and focus with Dust X, and a good pump with the Vasky. Only cut it short 'cause I needed some hamburgers. :D

I ended up going last night. Huge effing headache... due to do caffeine all day.
Hit chest. Strength felt good so I wanted to keep the rep ranges low, so I could perform all my working sets relatively heavy.

Volume day for chest today, high reppage on flats, inclines, declines and flyes. Added in some extreme stretches at the end to finish it off. Tomorrow I'll do back, and do the opposing stretches after.

I did and my bench and deads were great. Weight felt easy-ish. 225 on flat felt like 135, 315 deads felt like 225. Hitting 75-80% this week.
Actually kinda tweaked my back yesterday, hitting hanging leg raises lol. Or at least I felt some tightness afterwards. I was supersetting hack squats and that.
Legs yesterday - felt great 315 for easy 3x3 and then 205 for 5 second pause reps 3x5
Back is just a little tight but not bad today. May end up going today to hit "light" shoulders.

Nothing impressive, just moderate weight. Didn't want to push my back to the limits, so I settled for seated military press instead of standing OHP.

Ended up doing deads. Didn't go too heavy. Hit working sets at 315, no chalk or anything. Used double overhand grip, rather than over under grip.

It's not unusual to see me cry, oh, I wanna die.
Called an audible and just worked shoulders with 3 consecutive nights of hockey starting tomorrow, including playoff games Friday and Saturday.
Had a great shoulder workout, standing and seated presses, heavy and smooth. Finished off with some barbell shrugs....used straps for the first time in many moons, and was able to rep out some heavy sets.
Arms tomorrow, and likely off Friday. Will play Saturday by ear depending on how gassed I feel after the first 2 game nights.
Looks like Dust Extreme is dwindling on eBay. Price is way up, and supplies are short. Might pick up another spare in case they pull it completely.

Breast day. Did heavy flat bench, heavy inclines, then got an adjustable bench and went about 1/2 the angle of inclines for a few heavy sets. Heavy machine flyes, then some light machine work for a pump and a stretch.

Superset rowing day, did 6 or 7 supersets (I lost count) of T-bar and barbell rows. Medium weight with super high reps (at least on the T-bar portion, LOL), from 225 to 260 on the T-bars and 215-265 on the bb rows.
That gassed me out, but still mananged a few heavy sets of cable rows and wide grip pulldowns. Ended with some stretching, all done in well under an hour.
Cooked root beer pulled pork in the slow cooker yesterday, so BBQ will be my reward.

Got some nerve blocks in my spine and leg last week and they've helped me some already. Probably in for another round of injections before I officially start my "rehab".
Just been doing some rly light upper body stuff since I injured it.

Lower back is still stiff so I took benching lightly today..
So much pump. Taking around 75-100g of Karboyln during my workout, giving me that fullness throughout my body, awesome feeling.
Bench 4x3 @225 felt like a breeze but didn't want to push it.

Finished off w/ biceps. Did 21s win flat bar but modified it to 3x10 for 4 sets. 120 reps, dead.

After my first week of this lean bulk. Up 1lb, just as planned but I tweaked my fats and carbs. Going from 101g fat to 80g but increasing my carbs by almost 100g. So my new numbers. 226P - 499C - 81F

Switched it up on back, both out of boredom and for the shock value.
Super heavy on wide grip pulldowns using straps (which I don't often do).
Straight to bent over rows at 225 for sets of 15-20 (and one set at 275)
Heavy on cable rows with the straps again.
T-bar rows at 225 for reps, and one set at 250.
Stretching and dead hangs from various angles.

Hit legs yesterday. Didn't want to squat but decided to test out my back... went so so. But now, it may have aggreivated something again. All good.
Went fairly light. Just working sets of 225.

Leg presses- db lunges
Seated curls.

My first year or training, I really avoided doing legs as much as possible lol

I'm sure you will see my rant about the gym on FB, Huy, so I won't repeat it here.
Hit the bent overs heavy, then used the new (sh!tty) T-bar. Needed to drop down to 235 for sets on those. Finished with some heavy cable rows. Back trashed, just like my mood. :mad:

Wore my flip flops to the gym bc I usually leave my squat shoes in the car. Nope wasn't there.
Just hit squats and bb lunges since I didn't want to walk around the gym in my socks.
Front squats and lots of it.

Switched it up on chest yesterday, just put 275 on the bench and repped out. Then some inclines, had to drop the weight because the benching gassed me. Finished up with some declines, machine flyes and bodyweight dips for reps.
Back today, think I will start with pullups, maybe superset then with another exercise.

Back on Sunday, hit 8 sets of pullups (16 reps down to 9). Heavy wide pulldowns and cable rows after.
Yesterday was supposed to be leg day, but with 3 (short benched) hockey games in 3 nights, wasn't happening. Did heavy shoulders and arms instead.
Off today, 3rd game tonight. Tomorrow will be an all-body workout, then 4 days off for a little herfing action. You'll have to hit it for me, Huy. ;)

Legs were still gassed as we had a short bench for the 3rd night in a row. I modified things and just supersetted chest and back for my last workout, with a couple sets of bi's thrown in at the end.
Bench press - Bent over rows
Incline bench - T-bar rows
Machine flyes - Rear delts
Pullups and dead hangs
Out of the gym 'til Monday. Huy, keep up the pace for me. :tu

After 5 days off the gym, had my strongest chest day in a year yesterday. Went heavy on flats, reps on inclines, heavy on declines and heavy on flyes. Chest is still sore.
Back day today, went with the pullup first routine again for 8 sets. Heavy pulldowns, heavy cable rows, and then a few sets of barbell rows (225, 265, 295, 225) to finish. Some stretching to finish. Back already getting sore while chest is still there. I gotta take time off more often, that's my first long break since the crash.

Shoulder day. Not as epic as the last two days, but a solid B+. Heavy presses, rear delts, and lighter shrugs for reps.

Been back a few days. Had a couple nice days since being back.

Not a bad day. Felt so so, weights moved smoothly. Took fronts for a ride today along with some hack squats and leg extensions, curls.

Played hockey last night and definitely got rid of a lot of the crud.
Down side was insomnia, so I missed the gym again. I'm well enough to go now, but need to be smart with 5 hockey games in the next 7 nights. Will try to hit the gym manana.
