Padilla Dominus Toro and some coffee. Underwelmed relative to expectations. Don't like much of the Padilla line (1932 exempt) and if this is their idea of a higher-end offering I think my motivation to try more Padillas just went out the window. Some nice flavour (ceadery/coffee) but just not enough pleasure to justify the price tag.

I started with an Alec Bradley. I was told is was like a VSG. I thought is was like an ESG and confirmed that I do not care for the Alec Bradley or the ESG. And yes I have had an ESG twice.

I then had a Diamond Crown Maximus and really did not care for it. I have have a Diamond Crown before I thought it was not a bad smoke.

This probably ranks as my favorite Connie - love these things; incredibly smooth and creamy! I like the 354 b/c the gauge is less intrusive, doesn't feel too much wider than a Robusto.

RyJ Churchill Silver Tubo - not sure of the date but the BOTL who gifted it to me said he thought it was from the '80s. Very nice taste, medium strength and quite smooth, but with a tight draw which greatly diminished its goodness. Too bad as I really liked it otherwise.
