Ok I need some suggestions for roasting? My wife loves the sumatra as did I. But I want to expiriment (sp) any suggestions to order and try?

Check out sweet Maria's. The have samplers that should get ya going. I prefer South and Central American beans, but have really been enjoying some Indonesian lately.
