Big Maduro Adjusting to the Life Join Date: Dec 2011 First Name: Mike Location: Ohio Posts: 479 Trading: (14)	construction question ( cement) I have to install a new water heater. The floor is uneven,so I was going to buila a small slab. About 2" high. Can I use cement? Or do I have to use real concrete? The cement looks easier to work.
