Bourbon IS a food group
|
First thing I notice is a well built cigar. There is a tear on the wrapper, but aside form that it's a sight to behold. A nice colorful band, and a deep dark maduro wrapper.
![]() I get a nice mellow spice right off the bat. The draw is very nice, with ample amounts of smoke. I can't seem to get enough of that great maduro flavor on my lips. ![]() The flavor changes to a lite chocolate note. The spice is faintly noticeable now. This stick is burning very slow. ![]() A little bit of an uneven burn now. I did have to relight it one time, and touch it up as well. The smooth chocolate flavor remains, with no more spice. Still burning quite slow. ![]() Over an hour and a half into this and it's getting cold and dark. I try to rush it a bit, but it still burns smooth. This was a medium bodied smoke with light flavors. As always, I enjoyed the maduro wrapper.

Nice review. I tore through a box of these and loved every one of them. Great cigar IMO.
