Default Question- Tatuaje Monster Series

I remember watching part of a interview with Pete Johnson were he talked about next years release. I believe it was going to be called the The Drac? He also stated that they were going to be selling more then just the 666 boxes, like they did for The Frank.

Does anyone know the total increase in production?
Will there just be 13 stores selected to sell the cigar?
Will it have the same release date?
Any idea on what the box will be like this time?
Any cigar size/blend information yet?

Lots of questions, but I am interested since I fell in love with The Frank and the idea of the entire Monster Series. It it sad that it is already expanding. I thought the idea with 13 stores, 666 boxes, 13 cigars per box was great idea, and hoped it would stay that way for the rest of the series.

I haven't tried the Frank but it is a rad idea. I'll definitely try and get some if they're named after Dracula...

From what I've heard the number of boxes is being doubled, but it will still be 13 stores and 13 cigars per box.

I believe the shape of the cigar is going to be a perfecto shaped to look like a fang. I have also heard that they are coming in individual coffins.

The release date should be the same, but the release of the 13 stores is more important. I spoke with Up Down Tobacco, one of the stores who got the Franks, and they said that they were sold out long before the release date.

Thank you so much for the info. If the number of boxes is only doubled, then that is not too bad. Also, the idea with individual coffins is going to be cool. I think I also heard from the interview that the reason for the more boxes was so more people get get there hands on the cigar since it sold out so quick, and also because they will be raffling off a motorcycle with the box sales.

Pete is coming to a B&M close to me next month on May 28th, so I can definitely ask him and get some answers straight from the source.

They are pretty tough to find now. The boxes all pretty much sold out in the first few days that they came out.

When I spoke last August to Pete, and according to him, the stores that will get the boxes are his top level stores in various regions of the US. He didn't want to concentrate them all in one area like he did on the two Verocu lines. He may have a different selection for each year, so the ones that got it last year, maybe be out of the running this time around. He has several different sizes and names for each line of the series, but they are all based on old horror movies. Frank, Drac, and at least two others. The announcement is made on his website about a month ahead of time, so start checking in late September or so. Sadly, I missed out on the release last year.

WTB Drac, I will put my name on the list now. Fortunately, a dealer close to me had The Frank last year. I don't know if they will have the new release.

I am glad I got a box when I had the chance because they are tasty sticks. I have given more away then I have smoked, but that is what it is all about. I am certainly going to be on the lookout for the Drac.

Yeah those things do look familiar. I have a box also ... LOL. I am putting The Franks away for awhile. If I can get a single one from a friend then I will smoke it but I am not going to take any from the box I currently have. I have inspected the box and took the black foil off of it and set the cigars in the box. Other then that they are going to be put awhile for a long long time.
