Smoke Naked Still Watching My Back Join Date: Jan 2009 First Name: Bill Location: Whales Vagina Posts: 243 Trading: (0)	CI and 5 Vegas I read that 5 Vegas is exclusive to Cigars International (and affiliates), but now I have seen them being sold at another online shop not affiliated with CI. Whats the policy with cigars that are exclusive. Can anyone with a tocab, license buy and resell or is the online shop breaking some agreement/rule/law?
