Re: My RNY and my New Life
Hmm. Long term? My plan was to get to 220 ( have since changed that to 210), and i plan on getting very serious at the gym, and gaining some more muscle. Maybe getting up to 225 with muscle and maintenence. But then again this is all new to me. So who knows what will take place. But thats my plan for now lol

Re: My RNY and my New Life
And you probably feel better mentally too, not just physically. More confidence, people treat you different, better sleep so more focused during the day. That are a few changes I have noticed recently.

Re: My RNY and my New Life
yes, i feel better in every way... its weird that people treat you different when your "normal", as opposed to fat.. what a world we live in ;/

Re: My RNY and my New Life
You have lost almost 1/2 of the old Ron in bad weight, now time to rock the muscle, Brother.

Finding happiness with stability vs lower numbers is the next phase. Took me a few months to shake off the "will to lose" as it would come and go and you end up yo yoing a bit. Finding that new normal might become frustrating but it will pass once you find a number that you can live with looking back at you on that scale. Kudos to your fantastic accomplishment!
