I have an Aimpoint clone on mine (money IS an object for me

), but it has no magnification. Just a 5 MoA glowing, floating, red dot. If you don't know about "MoA"... simply put, at 100 yards the dot in my aimclone covers a 5 inch diameter area on the target.

If I had some money to blow and something longer than my 16" barrel, I'd go with an Aimpoint ML3(the one with the 2 MoA dot) and an Aimpoint 3x magnifier on a flip-down mount. That way you can use the magnifier for the long shots, then drop it out of the way for the short stuff.
