Congrats on the retirement. Will you continue to split time between states or spend more time in one or the other?

Sometime next year we plan on saying adios to my native Cali for good. It really will depend on the real estate market and economy. Wanna buy a house???

In the meantime wifey will keep working (her choice) and I'll lounge.

Actually I'll be spending a lot more time in NV doing upgrades to the other place.
