Well the Monsoon rains have slowed us down, And it took a week to get our footings inspected and ok'd .... But we are back to work now...
Stitch cut's Rebar for the footings


Mrs. Stitch Hand Backfills some of the footing ppiers


Tomorrow we pour cement and then the hammering of nails begins

Be glad you don't live in Mi. were those footing would be down in a trench 48"

Even way up here at 7,000 feet our frost depth is only 12"
18" depth is required by local code ... We went 24" just to be safe.
