I used the Weber last night as I was still doing a little brick work on the oven exterior.
Here are a couple of shots from last night. Sorry about the fuzzy photo. I left the tip of the meat over the coals longer for those who like their meats destroyed. I pulled the tri-tip out at 135 instead of the intended 130. I got side tracked although I was carrying the remote temp receiver on me. I didn't set the beeper. |
